
Kristi Allen has been a social worker for over 20 years. Her background is in Child Welfare with a focus on Family and Children Services.
Ms. Allen is known to be open and nonjudgmental when communicating with students at EMAPS. She is often seen collaborating with parents to effectively meet the needs of students. Ms. Allen’s primary goal is to help students reach their own goals. In addition, she endeavors to support teachers via helping students to cope with immediate stress and finding ways to eliminate barriers to academic success. Ms. Allen is a leader in maintaining open lines of communication between staff to establish a model of a well-organized team-based support system.

Isadora Ferraro has been a social worker for over 20 years. Her background is in Forensic and Family Services working with a diverse population of under-served youth.
Ms. Ferraro is known for being understanding, patient, creative, and solution oriented when approaching problems. She takes every opportunity to teach students the coping skills necessary to overcome obstacles. Ms. Ferraro’s primary goal is to work with staff to identify student barriers and develop solutions. In addition, she is determined to explore every option to meet the needs of students while promoting the goals of EMAPS.
